We take a look back at Season 11 of The Bachelorette!

On June 8, ABC will begin airing a summer retrospective series highlighting the most dramatic (!) moments of the franchise. Set to tide fans over until The Bachelorette returns, The Bachelor Greatest Seasons Ever will focus on one season each three-hour-long episode.

One of the seasons that immediately comes to mind as “unforgettable” is The Bachelorette Season 11.

Before she became Bachelor royalty, Kaitlyn rose to fame during her time on season 19 of The Bachelor as part of Chris Soules’ finale three women. Honestly, Kaitlyn was by far one of the most entertaining things about that season, even though it was immediately doubtful that she was a good match for Chris. Her witty interview commentary and tongue-in-cheek way of subtly calling out the ridiculousness of the show immediately won the hearts of fans, so it was no surprise when ABC tapped Kaitlyn to be the next Bachelorette, albeit with a very unexpected twist.

This season was chock-full of delights for viewers: 3 weeks in Ireland! The beginnings of the Bachelor gift that keeps on giving, Ben Higgins! A dog named Mr. Higgins! Perhaps most importantly, the return of Nick Viall midway through the season! This season really did have it all, and the drama felt real and relevant, unlike some seasons in recent memory.

Without further ado, let’s take a look back at five stand-out moments from The Bachelorette Season 11.
