The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart is going where no other Bachelor Nation show has gone before–a couple swap?

The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart is really looking to shake things up on a new level. And I think it should, honestly. It’s no surprise that this show has been dragging on and on, and is not comparable to the shows that have preceded it.

I didn’t think I’d ever catch myself saying this, but I’d rather watch Peter Weber’s season all over again over this crap. I’m loving the music, but everything else is just a whole bunch of blah. And a lot of that “blahness” comes from Listen to Your Heart contestants Julia and Brandon.

What the heck is their deal? And why do we have to deal with them? Climbing up her way to the number one spot of people that annoys me the most is Julia Rae who is toying with our boy Sheridan Reed’s heart. He deserves so much better, but instead, is being used as a pawn in Julia’s efforts to get to Brandon.

And Brandon, he’s just another level of hot mess.

With Monday’s upcoming episode of Listen to Your Heart, it appears things are going to be taking a different turn as the weird love triangle is going to get more complicated. In a deliberate franchise first, there will be an intentional couple swap.

In the sneak peek for week 4, host Chris Harrison has a special announcement to make:

"You’re going to be going on date. But it’s not with who you think it’s going to be. Julia is going on a date with Brandon."

Oh, save us from this mess.

Over the last three episodes of Listen to Your Heart, it has become obnoxiously obvious that Brandon is not committing to any one just yet. He’s trying to entertain the idea of multiple people, and that includes dragging an already confused and annoying Julia around. She’s with Sheridan, but clearly doesn’t want to be, and is pretending to be over Brandon, who so clearly wants to keep her around as a “just in case” option.

Seriously, Brandon, seriously.

At this point, I would happily bid farewell to anyone from this love triangle with the exception of Sheridan who is my Listen to Your Heart favorite. He deserves the best, and he’s not getting it.

But hey, amidst all this drama, we have something exciting to look forward to in week 4–former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay and her husband, Bryan Abasolo returning as judges. The silver lining, folks, silver lining.
