The Bachelor season 24: 6 revelations from Madison Prewett’s first interview

Chicks before d*cks? Um, not so much.

In recent news, there has been a lot of noise about Peter Weber and The Bachelor season 24 contestant, Kelley Flanagan. The two along with The Bachelorette alum Dustin Kendrick have been quarantining together in Kelley’s Chicago apartment.

We’re not entirely sure how this came to be, but there is a slew of theories surrounding that, ones we don’t need to get into. Because we’ve heard them all and we’re incredibly tired of it. Do we even care at this point?

Moving on, the ever so innocent Madison Prewett shared how she feels about the whole ordeal. And this is where the tea really starts spilling and splashing all over the place. I know you’ve all seen of Prewett’s passive-aggressive remarks on social media throwing shade at Flanagan.

According to Madi. P, just a few days before the pictures with Kelley started circulating, Weber was texting her. Seriously, dude? He’s the WORST.

"He was, like, calling me and texting me being like, ‘I miss you, let’s get back together. I mean, I think that, to me, was a little confusing, but I think, like, when you break up and you’re going through a heartbreak and you just came off a show that was emotionally, physically and every which way exhausting, everybody handles that differently. Everybody leans on different things.  […] You were telling me how much you loved me and wanted to get back together and now you’re with the one person that was my best friend. It just feels a little hurtful."

In case you’re wondering, it turns out Madison and Kelley were best buds while in the mansion. This was news to me, but apparently that was the case. She says they were “inseparable” throughout the filming process. Man, the things you learn after the fact. It’s like we get a completely different version of their reality.

The two were so close in fact that Kelley was one of Madison’s first calls after returning from Australia. I’m so lost here, it doesn’t even make sense!

"Even when I landed from Australia, she was one of the first people I called. She was in group messages with me and my family. I mean, we were like really, really close and talked 24/7. … I thought she was going to be in my wedding."

It seems as if Madison isn’t entirely convinced that Peter and Kelley are not dating, especially given all these TikToks and what not. Whatever the case may be, Peter took much offense to what Madison had to say on the podcast and left a very sassy comment for her on a Bachelor Nation Instagram fan account.

"You’d think you’d have a little more respect for this situation given we both know there’s more to the story."

And then he unfollowed his ex on Instagram. Well, then.
