Just when you think the Madison Prewett and Peter Weber storyline is finished–another shady moment emerges.
Madison Prewett hasn’t quite left headlines even in these months since Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor ended. Which is why it comes as no surprise that some drama has surfaced once again.
I mean, we were all expecting something to go down at some point, right? It’s just been way too quiet, even for Bachelor Nation. This week, Madison Prewett finally went on the record to talk about her experience on The Bachelor, and just how heartbroken she was from the experience.
While on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off The Vine Podcast“, Madison was asked what she thinks about Kelley Flanagan. I’m sure you’ve all heard the Peter and Kelley dating rumors by now, and how they are quarantining in Chicago together.
So, what did our dear Madi have to say about Kelley?
"We were best friends actually. We were inseparable throughout the entire process, everyone joked that we were the dynamic duo. I haven’t spoken to her in a really long time. To me, that was the most hurtful thing. We walked through so much together. That was a friendship that I thought — I thought she was going to be in my wedding, I thought we were going to be best friends for life."
She went on to reveal that she was very surprised when she saw photos of Kelley and Peter in Chicago where the former Bachelor was photographed holding Kelley on his back.
Madi then went on to add that Peter texted her days before the Chicago pictures had leaked about “wanting to get back together.” *GASP* Um, wait, what?
"What was really confusing to me was that two days before he was spotted in Chicago he was calling me and texting me ‘I miss you, let’s get back together.’ I think that to me was a little confusing. We definitely handle breakups very differently."
This is definitely catching all of us off guard, but in any case, Peter was not here for it when he learned what Madi had to say. So, what did he do? He commented on a Bachelor Nation fan account, @BachelorNation.Scoop that was advertising the fact that Madison Prewett was going to be on the “Off The Vine” podcast.
"You’d think you’d have a little more respect for the situation given we both know there is more to the story…"
Yikes! I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens. At the end of the day, my take on it is to put it to rest. I am on Peter’s side in this situation. Whatever ended happening between them, Madi should just communicate this information to Peter without “publishing it” on as big of a podcast as Kaitlyn Bristowe’s. But, hey, that’s just my opinion!
