Why is this season’s leading man, Peter Weber, the perfect choice for the Bachelor? Check out some of the reasons why we think so!

Peter Weber (born August 4th, 1991) is the star of The Bachelor season 24and last Monday night was the first airing of the show. Though the show has already been filmed and will be airing periodically, some folks of Bachelor Nation don’t agree with the 28-year old Cuban pilot being the popular show’s lead.

Here are some reasons as to why we think Peter Weber will be a great Bachelor.

He is in it for the right reason

So, what if he is in it for the right reason? So is every other lead that has stepped foot into the franchise, right? WRONG. To find someone, like Peter, that is genuinely looking for a partner might be hard to find nowadays in the midst of the blood-sucking, monetary social media platform that one might chase. But he has consistently revealed to us that he yearns for a love, which is similar to his parents. Brings me to my next point…

His upbringing consists of the most genuine parents

If you have followed Peter’s parents from Hannah Brown, last season’s Bachelorette, you would agree that their love is real. On a recent podcast of The Bachelor Happy Hour (featuring Rachel Lindsay and new co-star, Becca Kufrin), Peter’s parents were part of the honest interview walking through their journey upon meeting each other in the midst of a flight and raising Peter as a child. In fact, Peter’s 1st episode of The Bachelor consisted of a one-on-one date taking place at a ceremony where his parents exchange vows. It is clear that the Pilot yearns for a partner to live life with but also someone that will become another member of the Weber household.
