Let’s talk about Nick Viall the beloved reality star, er actor

Nick Viall is adding acting to his list of talents!

Nick Viall has been in and out of the news recently. While I’d love to say it was about his professional life, it’s anything but. There’s been a lot of focus on his love life with the most recent rumor of him dating The O.C.’s Rachel Bilson.

But, guys, there is way more to Viall than that. In fact, according to Screenrant, he is adding acting to his list of talents. He’s already a reality TV star, a podcaster, and now an actor. Sadly, Nick Viall doesn’t think people will expect him to succeed as an actor, so he’s not feeling the pressure.

But you want to know the most ironic thing about him acting? His first role is that of a reality TV star–I know, how original. You can catch him in an Eko exclusive series, The Coop. The creator, Nora Fitzpatrick, describes the series as “Big Brother meets Clue”, in her interview with US Weekly.

While many of us have likely not heard of this series, let me be the first to tell you Veep’s Tony Hale is in it! How cool is that? And okay, this isn’t Viall’s first experience with acting, but it will be his first slightly more major role. Honestly, I’m happy for the guy. He may not think the public perception will be positive, but he has untapped potential in there somewhere.

His foray into the world of acting will be a nice change of pace for his life lately. With all the romance rumors and being mainly known for his podcasting, I think he’s ready for people to view him as more. More often than not, Bachelor Nation folks become associated with just that, so it’s hard to shake that association off.

There is no premiere date as of yet, but I will definitely be on the lookout in the coming weeks. We’re ready to see your acting, Nick Viall!
