Bachelor alum Bekah Martinez is expecting baby number two!
The Bachelor alum Bekah Martinez is expecting her second baby with boyfriend Grayston Leonard, according to her Instagram post this week. We first saw Martinez on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor, and boy have things changed since then.
Martinez was thrilled to share the news over the Gram during Thanksgiving weekend with an adorable family photo. The picture shows herself, Grayston, their daughter Ruth, and a sonogram of baby number two.
As you can tell and based on what Martinez has said in the past, having a family is super important to her. She couldn’t wait to have one which is why it comes as no surprise that less than a year after giving birth to Ruth, she’s pregnant. She’s ready for the motherhood life–and it suits her!
Leonard and Martinez have been together for less than two years. This is something she pointed out prior to her Instagram baby announcement and hinted at being pregnant. The couple is very much in love and seems happy, and we couldn’t be happier for her! Bachelor Nation does create love stories, even if it’s not always on the actual shows.
If you’ve followed Martinez since her time on The Bachelor then you’re well-versed in her relationship with Leonard. Just a few months into their relationship, she had a surprise pregnancy. It hadn’t been much time, which as anyone can imagine is tough for anyone to deal with.
Martinez opened up about the difficulty of it but went on to say that regardless of the challenge, it was the best thing to have happened to her. She and Leonard basically skipped the dating part and went straight into family life, and from where we’re seeing them, things seem like they’ve turned out great.
