This week, Bachelor in Paradise season 6 brings us to the first rose ceremony. And with the women holding all the power this week, who knows what will go down.

As the first episode of this week’s Bachelor in Paradise began, *spoiler alert* Annaliese, Jane, and Bibiana were the first to go home during the season’s first rose ceremony. But as we said farewell to the three women, we welcomed some fresh faces to paradise.

The first newcomer was Jordan, who instantly pulled Hannah away to chat. After talking to several women, he was up to speed on the Blake drama. Jordan commented on Blake putting his spoon in all the pudding. He grabbed Hannah again and asked her to go on a date. At first, she said yes. Then later she said she couldn’t go on the date. Jordan then decided to ask out Nicole, who accepted.

Cam wrote Caelynn an awkward letter that he read out loud to her. Then the next new arrival to paradise was Mike. Naturally, all the women were drawn to him instantly. Cam was disappointed to see the new arrival, though. He blamed Mike for being sent home during their season of The Bachelorette. To Cam’s dismay, Mike chatted with Caelynn first, and they decided to go on a date.

Jordan and Nicole had a great date. But Nicole met up with Clay shortly after. Clay asked how his date compared to her time with Jordan. She romantically told him they did not compare.

Then Mike and Caelynn had their date. They both seemed smitten and had smiles from ear to ear. They danced. They kissed. They connected. It was all very sweet.

Wills and Katie had a private conversation. Wills shared what he liked about Katie but Katie became emotional and was having a difficult time talking. She cried to Hannah later and said she didn’t feel a connection with Wills. Not long after, Chris comforted Katie. She seemed thrilled when he confessed his feelings compared to her reaction to Wills.

Blake and Hannah went off to chat while Dylan looked distraught. Demi voiced her opinion about Hannah wasting her time with Blake and how she should focus on Dylan instead. Blake asked Hannah to dance in the moonlight on the beach in front of the other paradise residents. They started making out, and Dylan became upset.

Dylan decided to confront Blake on the beach. It didn’t go well. They argued with each other while Hannah listened. Then after a bit, Hannah decided to stay with Blake. Several people comforted Dylan afterward, but it left him wondering why he was spending so much time with Hannah.
