Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premiere: Twitter reacts to night one

Bachelor in Paradise season 6 has officially begun, and a lot of people are looking for love. Let’s see who makes a connection this season!

Bachelor in Paradise kicks off with Hannah Godwin and Blake Horstmann, who were the first to arrive in paradise. Everyone else started to show up shortly after their arrival. The first paradise residents included Katie Morton, Dylan Barbour, Sydney Lotuaco, Derek Path, Tayshia Adams, Kevin Fortenberry, Wills Reid, Demi Burnett, Onyeka Ehie, Cam Ayala, John Paul Jones, Chris Bukowski, Annaliese Puccini, Bibiana Julian, Nicole Lopez-Alvar, Clay Harbor, and Caelynn Miller-Keyes.

Everyone was excited and looking forward to seeing one or more of the contestants on the beach. But there weren’t any immediate connections. The drama started pretty quickly after Blake noticed Caelynn walking into paradise. Blake even ran away to hide.

Caelynn privately shared that she hooked up with Blake before the show, and the day before they hooked up, Blake slept with Kristina Schulman. He was also texting Hannah G. while Caelynn was still in bed with him. Blake was the first to receive a date card and invited Tayshia. At this point, Tayshia doesn’t know all the Blake drama.

Dylan was excited to see Blake pick someone other than Hannah G. for the date. Dylan and Hannah had a giggly, cute conversation that led to making out later in the night.

Demi and Derek also paired off and made out in the hot tub.

Blake and Tayshia went to a beautifully lit meal for their date. During their date, Caelynn opened up to Wells Adam who is bartending this season. Blake asked Caelynn to lie about everything before they went to paradise, but Caelynn didn’t want to lie. She confided in Onyeka the next day.

Then out of nowhere, Kristina joined the other paradise residents. She was given a date card right away. Cam jumped in to introduce himself to Kristina. But Kristina pulled Blake to the side to chat afterward. She decided to ask him to go on a date.

And that was about it for the first night of the Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premiere! Of course, the madness continued with part 2 of the season 6 premiere. We’ll see how Kristina’s date with Blake goes, and we’ll see if any other couples come together before the rose ceremony. Remember, the guys are in charge this week!
