Bachelor Nation, have you met Chris Harrison, P.I.?

Bachelor Nation, Chris Harrison is picking up another profession along with host–private investigator.
Bachelor Nation, okay, so Chris Harrison isn’t actually a private investigator, but the events of this season’s Bachelorette has forced him to take on this responsibility. Earlier this week, Harrison went on the Bachelor Party podcast on The Ringer with guest Lauren Zima and stated he’s looking forward to talking to contestant Pete Weber when he sees him during the After the Final Rose show. You and us both, Chris Harrison.
It turns out Harrison is well-informed about Pete’s situation and knows a bit more about it than he does Jed’s, which is why he’s willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. He doesn’t plan on treating Jed and Pete differently when it comes to all the questions, but he did state during the podcast that he simply knows more about Pete. And this is where his investigative abilities come in.
"Peter is going to have a little explaining to do. I know more about Peter, just because I did some digging. Because some allegations were made in her claims that had to do with us and casting, so I was just curious so I asked around. In that regard, I’m less worried and less intrigued about Peter’s situation. Because I know some truths that either I’ll explain or Peter will explain."
Because he “knows some things”, Harrison believes Pete can clear up the drama simply by answering the questions he’ll be asked. The hope is that Pete’s ex will come to understand the reasons for his actions, but hey, there are multiple sides to a story so I will reserve judgment until I watch After the Final Rose.
Harrison doesn’t seem too worried when it comes to Pete and claimed that there is not as much of a gray area with him over Jed. Basically, this means that his conversation with Jed is likely to be way more dramatic than whatever he’s planning on asking Pete–and we are all here for it, aren’t we?
Don’t miss the two-night season finale of The Bachelorette to see how all of this goes down, and see the fruits of Chris Harrison’s P.I. labor. I’m excited, are you?
