Have you all seen the latest Bachelor in Paradise promo?!
Bachelor in Paradise season 6 is already gearing up to be pretty darn epic. And you know why that is? Because most of the contestants are coming from Colton’s season of The Bachelor and Hannah B.’s season of The Bachelorette. And if you’ve watched either, there is plenty to love about so many of them, and the idea of them coming together just takes things to the next level.
However, the biggest revelation came during this week’s “Men Tell All” episode when the promo for Bachelor in Paradise season 6 was shown. It was a bit hard to process everything about it because it was that amazing.
We saw contestants that had been announced already, but we also some we weren’t expecting (like Mike!), so suffice to say, we are in for one hell of a ride in the sixth season of Bachelor in Paradise. Okay, but back to this huge revelation.
During the promo, we see Bachelor season 23 contestant Demi Burnett smooching up on another woman, whom we don’t see nor are whose identity we are told. But that’s not it. Demi also goes on to confess that she’s in love with this woman and can see herself being with her. This is all a big deal because it would be the first time in franchise history that there is a same-sex relationship, according to HuffPost.
Back in 2017, there was a bisexual contestant, Jaimi King, on Bachelor in Paradise, but no relationships or hookups came to be in that season, so this would definitely be a first. And leave it to Demi to be the one to pave the way to make it happen!
What is interesting about the promo, however, is that towards the end of it, we do see Demi getting hot and steamy with a male contestant, Derek Path. So, does she end up with the mystery woman or one of the guys? Of course, editing always manages to trick us and hype things up so we will just have to wait and see how this all goes down when Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premieres.
