4. Peter
If ever the phrase je ne sais quoi applied to a contestant on The Bachelorette, it applies to Peter the Pilot. There is just something about this guy! He may not be the showiest contestant, but it’s clear he’s leaving an impression on Hannah. Call this one a gut feeling, but it certainly seems like he’s gonna go far.
While fellow contestant Dustin may have taken home that group date rose (and he’s still on our radar, FYI), it was still hard to shake Peter’s overall impression. Some of this is probably rollover from last week, when Peter made a big impression on night one.
Time goes by, but we’d be doing a disservice to The Bachelorette if we completely ignored Hannah’s first impressions. Since Peter got some extra attention during the premiere, it seems worth keeping him in mind as we go forward with the rest of the season.
Will this good “gut feeling” continue to help him going? It could certainly fade, but only time will tell. In the meantime, it’s worth pointing out that we weren’t the only ones who got good vibes from this pilot: comedian Jimmy Kimmel, the famed “Rosestradamus,” also chose him as part of his Bachelorette final four prediction.
