Last night’s episode of The Bachelor never got to Hannah G.’s date. What’s going to happen to the Alabama beauty now that Colton is all in for someone else?

Last night’s episode of The Bachelor was intense. After having a normal, albeit lackluster overnight date with Tayshia, Colton then began his time with Cassie, who kicked off an evening full of drama, dads and fence-jumping. Their face-off took so long that we didn’t even get to Hannah G.’s Fantasy Suite.

During the conversation with Cassie, Colton point-blank told her that he loved her and wanted to see her at the end of the whole process. Judging by his decision not to get intimate with Tayshia on the previous date, his record seems to indicate that he felt this way before her confrontation and that he really did intend to save himself for Cassie.

So what’s going to happen to poor, leftover Hannah G. from here?

With what happened last night still fresh in our minds, it doesn’t seem super fair to put Hannah G. through a Fantasy Suite date at this point. Sure, Cassie may have made her exit from The Bachelor, but Colton is obviously still fixated on her. If he acts like a normal human being, then he can’t just turn around in the next day or two, brush off his feelings and then attempt to make things work with Hannah G.

More likely, it seems like we’re prepping for an “epic two-part finale” in which Colton dumps the Alabama model and continues to pursue Cassie, despite her exit.

While this is certainly dramatic, I can’t help but feel a little gypped by this ending. It feels inevitable at this point. Thanks to Cassie’s waterworks (save your arguments for now: whether they were genuine or not doesn’t really matter at the moment), we were robbed of our traditional Fantasy Suite. Do we really want to spend two whole episodes watching Colton pained and confused, handling two early breakups and then trying to volley for the heart of a girl who has been turning him down for two whole episodes now?

Jimmy Kimmel joked last night on his show about how Colton’s reaction to the drama—AKA telling Cassie and The Bachelor to screw the rules and run this relationship the way they wanted—likely had producers in a tizzy. He’s not wrong. Colton has messed with our formula. Can the season really recover? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HANNAH G.?!
