The Bachelor episode 8: Twitter takes on hometown dates
The Bachelor flew all over for the hometowns. Colton is falling in love with all 4 women, and he asked every dad for permission to marry their daughter.
We made it to hometowns this week on The Bachelor!
Colton went to Fredericksburg, Virginia first to meet Caelynn’s family. They rode around town in a horse-drawn carriage.
Caelynn’s sister was skeptical, and her dad wanted to know why they couldn’t just be friends.
The Bachelor’s second hometown visit was to Birmingham, Alabama to meet up with Hannah G. They took an etiquette class, and Colton felt intimidated.
Hannah’s parents were on edge, but her friends were supportive.
Colton met up with Tayshia next in Orange County, California. She blindfolded Colton, and after a bumpy ride, they reached their skydiving date.
Tayshia’s dad wasn’t into the Bachelor asking for permission to marry his daughter.
Colton stayed in California to visit Cassie in Huntington Beach. They went surfing, and Colton didn’t look very coordinated in the water.
Cassie said she still wasn’t “there” with Colton, but she wanted her dad to be supportive. Her dad did not give Colton his blessing.
Colton said he was falling in love with each woman and he asked every father for permission to wed their daughter.
A lot of people were surprised Colton sent Caelynn home because Cassie didn’t say she was falling in love with him and her dad didn’t give his blessing.
Caelynn whispered “get engaged” to Cassie on her way out of The Bachelor.
Yeah, girl. We’re here for women supporting women!
The fence jump still didn’t happen.
We’ll see what happens next week on The Bachelor during the Fantasy Suites!
