The Bachelorette starring Khloé Kardashian? NO WAY, responds Kardashian. Here are all the details you’ll need on this giant Twitter feud.

Recently we reported that The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss was floating around the idea of having celebrity superstar Khloé Kardashian take on the role of new Bachelorette. While we won’t dive into his (ridiculously long) string of Tweets on the matter, you can read all about those early posts here.

Uh-oh, Mike Fleiss: looks like Khloé Kardashian isn’t on board.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently took to Twitter herself to slam The Bachelor creator and deny any claims that she would be joining the hit ABC show.

Plenty of former stars from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette hopped on Khloé’s post to weigh in.

Later, Khloé’s sister Kim jumped on board to share a screenshot being passed around the family.

Of course, Mike Fleiss didn’t take all of this quietly. The Bachelor creator is very vocal on Twitter and he took the opportunity to slam Khloé for Tweeting at him.

It’s all so awkward.

When we first reported that Mike Fleiss was jumping on the Kardashian train, many fans, like us, acknowledged that this was probably the WORST direction for the show to go. Who wants to see another major celebrity looking for love? Couldn’t we just watch KUWTK for that?

And besides, every season several contestants are questioned as to whether they are on the show “for the right reasons.” Could we ever believe that any of the guys were on the series for the right reasons if they’re competing for the heart of Khloé Friggin’ Kardashian?!

We’re inclined to feel some pity for Khloé here. If Mike Fleiss was truly just creating a clickbait moment (and it really sounds like he was), it was at her expense. Even celebrities deserve a lot better than that. She’s already going through a difficult time, as she adjusts to life as a new mother and deals with a cheating scandal at home. Leave her alone already!

In the meantime, Tweet your real Bachelorette suggestions at Mike Fleiss. Obviously the guy needs some guidance.
