Happy b-day, Bella: Carly Waddell releases new album for her daughter
Happy birthday to Bella! Carly Waddell and Evan Bass celebrate their daughter’s first birthday with a special album release.
You guys, time is so WEIRD. It feels like it was just yesterday that Carly Waddell and Evan Bass were falling in love on the sandy beaches of Bachelor in Paradise. Now, they’re married, they have a gorgeous daughter together and that baby is turning one!
That’s right! It’s Baby Bella’s birthday and her parents couldn’t be happier. Just check out this adorable tribute new mom Carly posted to Instagram in honor of her little one.
And that’s not the only tribute Carly had in mind for her daughter. Today, she also released a brand new album filled with thoughtful lullaby tracks.
Carly told PEOPLE that she got the idea after all those months of singing to Bella at night. “Since she loved it so much it gave me the idea to commemorate her first year of life by creating an album of some of her favorite lullabies that she could have and remember forever,” she commented.
In addition to the many classic covers you’ll hear, Carly Waddell also added an original song. It’s called “Dream Train,” which is also the name of the album. Want to listen? Check it out on iTunes.
Love, love, love everything about this. It’s clear that Carly and Evan are already great parents and that they are inspired by the precious life they have created. What more fitting tribute is there to this first year on Earth than for Carly, a former singer, to create something unique for young Bella?
