The exits were numerous Monday night on The Bachelor as the horde of eager contestants lost a total of 5 members. Numbers are down, but fashion is up!
Vietnam brought us some solid looks on The Bachelor this week, but let’s see who claimed the top spot in the fashion wilderness.
Best dressed this week goes to queen of the jungle, Hannah Beast! Taking a bit of a risk with a bright pink two-piece option with ruffled top for the group date cocktail party, this look stood out in a great way. Plus, wearing pants helped Hannah continue to do kicks for Colton in the sand and show off what she learned earlier in the day.
Continuing the solid colors into the Bachelor rose ceremony, she opted for a long teal blue halter top gown with a very high slit up the leg. Simple and pretty, this earned her another rose and another chance for Hannah Beast to growl her way into Colton’s heart.
Although she doesn’t rank on my list of personal favorites, Tayshia takes the second spot for best dressed. Her emerald green satin dress with thin straps, keyhole cut-out, and open back was gorgeous and made me want to add it my personal closet. She kept it basic with a little black dress for the Bachelor rose ceremony, but she already had the key to continuing the journey in her hand and didn’t need to make waves to get Colton to notice.
Worst dressed this week goes to fan favorite Make-out Date Cassie. Her casual gray crop-top with black maxi skirt for the group date cocktail party was unimpressive and inappropriate compared to everyone else’s glammed up looks. To make matters worse, she entered the Bachelor rose ceremony with the worst hair I have seen this season: a sloppy disaster of a side braid that distracted me from what was actually a great, sexy black dress.
Cassie, I don’t understand your appeal and I am even more confused by your wardrobe choices. Please do better as I have strong feelings you will be in this thing until the end!
In second place, we have the other Hannah: Hannah G. Most of her date was spent lip-locked with Colton while wearing a black string bikini which, TBH, looked amazing. However, her red and white printed dress that she initially wore and even her dinner date mauve dress left me feeling blah.
Things got better at the Bacheor rose ceremony when she chose a nude long gown with ruching and thin straps, but still none of her outfits were memorable. Hannah, I like you a lot, but you’re picking really boring stuff. Where’s the drama and the excitement of being one of the top contenders?! We all know you aren’t leaving The Bachelor anytime soon and I want to root for your style as much as I’m rooting for your chance at engagement!
