The masses have taken to Twitter once more to react to The Bachelor episode 5. Here are some of the best tweets we saw last night.
Last night’s episode of The Bachelor was full of twists and turns. Major spoiler alert: Heather finally landed that first kiss! Elyse decided to send herself home! Onyeka and Nicole got into the cat fight of the century!
Twitter had a lot of great material to work with and we weren’t disappointed.
To kick things off, the internet went hard after Heather’s awkward first date with Colton. Bachelor Nation member Diggy Moreland said what we were all thinking:
Heather: “I’ve wanted to kiss someone, but I didn’t know if they were the person for me.”

Heather, you’re just kissing someone, not co-signing a mortgage for them.#theBachelor
Others felt that Heather’s date had a very familiar level of blandness about it.
And God bless those Bachelor fans who noticed that the girl knew how to climb the ladder.

Next, Twitter came for Elyse. Oh, how the mighty fall! This once fan favorite disappointed nearly everyone when she acted like she had no idea how The Bachelor even worked.
Ah, Elyse. Pulling the old "please choose me now and tell everyone to go home even though we're committed to a full season, Chris Harrison's already been paid and the commercial spots have been sold." This will definitely work. #TheBachelor

Bachelorette alum Evan Bass swept in with this popular conspiracy theory:
Elyse, clearly catching everyone off guard, despite a broadway level of lighting in Colton’s suite #thebachelor

And, finally, the Onyeka/Nicole drama was fodder for perfect Twitter conversation. Those poor girls know how to give life to a hashtag.
