Vanessa Grimaldi is finally dating someone new! Here’s who she went for over a year after splitting with Bachelor Nick Viall.
Anyone with half a brain could see that Bachelor couple Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi were never a perfect match for each other. There were some major red flags, like Nick’s seemingly superficial attraction to her or Vanessa’s own students pointing out that they weren’t exactly Viall’s biggest fans. Every time the couple was on screen together, they seemed tense!
So when these two called it quits not too long after the finale, it didn’t come as a major surprise. Now Vanessa Grimaldi has confirmed with Us Weekly that she’s off the market, with Nick Viall left in the dust behind her.
She is dating businessman Josh Wolfe, who works for the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs. Wolfe may be a familiar name to Grimaldi’s fans, as he has frequently been engaged on her social media accounts.
Other than these few details, not much is known of Wolfe except that the hails from Canada. Viewers of Nick’s season will immediately recognize that these Canadian roots are a big deal for Vanessa: a major story line on the season documented Vanessa’s worries that she would have to leave her own Canadian home behind.
She had to put her teaching career on hold and move her whole life to west coast America in order to follow Viall. One has to wonder if that major commitment had a hand in their split (along with the many other things that drove them apart).
