5 Bachelor filming locations you have to visit in real life
5. Hermitage Club (The Bachelor Winter Games)
The Bachelor Winter Games was. . . kind of a mixed bag. The new series aired in early 2018 as way to get more television going while the actual Olympics dominated everyone’s viewership. It featured popular contestants from several different iterations of the show, all competing in winter sports as a way to find love.
There were some great things about the show, like how it upended our expectations by showing us what contestants from overseas were like. There was also some weird stuff though, like the show’s strange opening ceremonies or the actual sports themselves.
The very best thing about the show though? Oh man, it was easily the incredible filming location!
Winter Games filmed at the members-only Hermitage Club, a ski resort located in Vermont. As you would expect, this place is the lap of luxury. While we usually see contestants traipsing around in bikinis or rompers, it was an interesting change of pace to see them getting cozy by a massive fireplace or flirting freely in a warm and homey great room. Everything about this place screamed expensive and, dang, we wanted to make a winter trip right away.
Does the Hermitage Club sound like your cup of tea? Unfortunately, taking a visit here requires more commitment than your average trip. As this filming location is so exclusive, one would have to pay an (extremely) hefty fee to get a resort membership. Their Family Legacy Memberships have an $85k price tag attached to them. Yikes! Maybe only visit if you’ve recently inherited a massive amount of cash from grandma?
