First impressions: Everything to know about Hannah G.
Last night, one contestant rose above the others and took home the first impression rose. Here’s all you need to know about Hannah Godwin.
It happened to me this morning: I was online, scrolling through a clothing website when I saw her. Hannah G., looking bright eyed and gorgeous as ever in a white sweater for Red Dress Boutique.
Fans will remember Hannah G. (full name Hannah Godwin, by the way) from last night’s Bachelor premiere, where she managed to scoop up the first impression rose. In case you’re just tuning in to the series for the first time, you should know that this is a big freakin’ deal. The first impression rose, which is the first real nod of approval given to any contestant on the show, is notorious for being tied to which lucky contestant comes out of the game engaged. In other words, Hannah G. could be taking that rose all the way to a proposal, joining some of the other impression-rose-to-engagement success stories like Garrett from Becca’s season or Bryan from Rachel’s.
You can imagine my surprise, then, when I realized that Hannah G. already has such an active online presence. After a little digging, I learned some more about Colton’s first lucky lady.
Not only does Hannah G. model for Red Dress Boutique, but she’s also gained quite the internet following on Instagram. It’s there that she muses about travel and style for her more than 130k followers.
She’s more than just a pretty face though! She has a business marketing degree, enjoys camping and considers herself a foodie. Between all those interests and her natural sweet southern charm, Hannah is sure to keep a strong hold on Colton’s heart.
She’s clearly making an impression on her audience, too. Just check out this prediction from Bachelor alum Raven Gates:
Will she either win The Bachelor or take the place of Bachelorette? It’s really too early to tell. Still, we know she’s a strong contender. Hannah G. may not have been given an intro video during last night’s premiere but she’s undoubtedly still one to watch.
