3. Raven Gates

Before Colton Underwood was making waves as the Virgin Bachelor, contestant Raven Gates was getting her name out there by talking about how she had never had an orgasm. It was a goofy way to open up, to be sure, but somehow it came off as incredibly genuine and earnest.

Raven appeared in Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor. She revealed her secret to him during a very vulnerable moment on the show and it was likely this honesty that really kept her on his radar. She ended up finishing as runner up on his season.

Personally, we’re glad that she didn’t win because it meant that she could go on to appear on Bachelor in Paradise. It was there that she met Adam Gottschalk. The two didn’t get engaged on the show, but they did continue to date. In fact, they’re still together today! Rumors are flying that an engagement may finally be on the horizon sometime during this new year. We’re definitely starting to get our hopes up.

After all this time, it’s still incredibly easy to root for Raven. Not only is she beautiful, but she’s also smart, sassy and brings some southern charm to Bachelor nation. More than anything else, we love that she is always willing to tell it like it is. Not every contestant would have been comfortable opening up about their sexual history on air, but Raven stepped forward unashamedly and got vulnerable with us. We love her for it! Keep it up, Raven.
