Jaclyn’s biggest sin was just being too outspoken. She was never going to win the heart of Ben Flajinik, anyway. The Bachelor upholds very traditional heteronormative gender roles, so she was just too much to have a real shot.

She made it a whole three weeks before getting booted after a skiing date in which all the girls had to hit the slopes in their bikinis. Because, naturally. She had a excellent sense of humor, and kept all the other girls laughing, even when they were talking behind her backs and insulting her.

She went on to take her turn on Bachelor in Paradise, and she continued to shock and awe with her unconventional ways. She hooked up with Ed Swiderski, and those two almost made it to the end. They also made it all the way on camera, and now we know that Ed is VERY loud when he’s doing sexy things.
