Part of the fun of The Bachelor and all its spinoffs is finding the worst contestants and actively rooting against them. Some of these villains earned a reputation that was far worse than they deserved. Others deserved all the hate that came their way and then some. At least until they redeem themselves by showing up in Paradise.
Whether we love to hate them or are just plain curious about what they’ll do next, they’re the reasons we keep watching. We need these meanies to offer up contrast, give us drama worth tuning into, and say the things we secretly wish we could.
Like it or not, the villains are the ones who keep us watching. If it weren’t for Corinne, Kalon, Bentley, Courtney, Chad, Jake, and 23 other villains of The Bachelor world, we’d sleep through every cocktail party and rose ceremony.
