Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray met and fell in love on Season 3 of Bachelor In Paradise but their love was short-lived.

The two got engaged on the show’s finale despite Amanda receiving several warnings about Josh from her friends on the show.

Not long after the show ended, Amanda and Josh ended their engagement.

Why Did Amanda Stanton And Josh Murray Split?

The couple moved in together right after they left Mexico. They had been living the life of a happy family with Amanda’s two young daughters in a home in Calfornia and seemed very much in love.

So, what exactly went wrong?

A few big fights that proved that Amanda and Josh are very different people ultimately made them realize that they simply could not go on as a unit.

Amanda Stanton Breaks Her Silence

Amanda may have been fooled by Josh but it didn’t take too long for her to realize that he wasn’t her “one.”

“He’s the worst. Everybody warned me,” Amanda said in a new interview about her former relationship. According to E! News, there are some pretty nasty accusations out there about things Amanda allegedly did to Josh but Amanda says that none of them are true.

A woman claiming to be Josh’s “assistant” has made some pretty harsh claims about Stanton, going so far as to say that Amanda “fat-shamed” her. She also said that Amanda had been “verbally abusive” to her — which is something Amanda completely denies.

“It’s all a lie! It’s just really frustrating. He doesn’t even have a personal assistant. I don’t know why [she’s calling herself that]. She’s contacted all these people and I don’t know why because he’s in Italy, I’m in Fiji. We haven’t even talked. I don’t know why I woke up to all this. I thought things were fine,” she told E! News.

Although Amanda and Josh got back together for following their January split, their second chance at love didn’t last long at all.
