Nick And Vanessa Fly To His Hometown For Some Downtime Amid Split Chatter

With the constant hustle and bustle that goes on in L.A., Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi decided to get away and enjoy the weekend in Milwaukee, Wisconsin — Nick’s hometown.

The two have been Milwaukee before — while dating on The Bachelor — but it doesn’t seem that they have gotten to go back, until this weekend.

They even got to fly together for the first time on the way to Wisconsin, sharing cute airport snaps on social media. It doesn’t look like these two are headed for a split anytime soon!

Their romantic weekend included an NBA game where the two lovebirds sat courtside to see the Bucks in action. It’s nice to see the two take a couple days to enjoy some time together, and get away from the spotlight for a bit.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a romantic date if they didn’t get a cute selfie to document the occasion!

To make the basketball date even better, the Bucks ended up winning the close game against Atlanta.

Eventually, Viall and Grimaldi headed back to California, posting a picture while they were waiting in the airport.

The weekend away didn’t let Viall lose focus of his dancing journey. He captioned his photo by saying, “Need to fine tune my [dance] moves.”

What’s next for Nick and Vanessa after ‘DWTS’?

While Nick is doing Dancing with the Stars, Vanessa has been staying with him in L.A., but where will they live when Nick’s time on the show comes to an end?

As far as the public is aware, the couple hasn’t decided on permanent living arrangements, so decisions will need to be made sometime soon.

Deciding where to live has been an issue since the couple started getting more serious on The Bachelor. According to Reality Steve, Vanessa has no plans to move out of Canada and away from her tight-knit family and her job as a special education teacher. On the other hand, Nick doesn’t want to move to Canada — according to Steve.

This is where that whole “compromise” thing comes in. But will Viall and Grimaldi be able to work it out? Only time will tell.

Speaking of time, Nick Viall will dance again tonight on DWTS, which airs at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
