Kaitlyn Bristowe from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, reveals secrets from her time on the show.

Although Kaitlyn Bristowe didn’t find love on The Bachelor, she did find it on The Bachelorette. Besides love, she certainly has a lot to take away from her experience on the shows.

In an interview with ET, Bristowe reveals some of the behind-the-scenes secrets from her time on the two shows.

Bristowe said her and the producers became close during her time in the house. She would use them to vent to, and to confide in. But in her interview with ET, she said, “You trust them, and then once you watch the show back, you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t trust you.'”

She also revealed that there are stage lights all throughout the house and the only rooms that don’t have the bright lights are the bedrooms. Even though the rest of the lights do get shut off at night, they are turned back on very early in the morning.

If you ever wondered why they never eat during dates, Bristowe explained to ET, “They feed you before you go on a date, so you’re not hungry when you sit down.”

As well as not eating on dates, Bristowe also said that time isn’t something you can really understand just by watching the show. She continued by saying, the dates aren’t as long as we think, especially if the two are really hitting it off.

“If you have a really crazy connection with somebody, you don’t get as long,” Bristowe revealed to ET.

You’re also not allowed to speak off-camera, and much of the date is broken up by having to do interviews separately.
