Nick Viall has been though a lot this season so far, and while everyone has their opinions about his decisions, it’s nice to hear him explain some of them.

In a piece Nick Viall wrote for People, he talks about everything that went on during Monday’s episode. He explains certain things, giving us a little more insight into his decisions.

The piece is very long, and well-written. Every detail is covered, and getting an episode recap from the bachelor himself is refreshing.

He truly seems to be close to all of these women, and honestly feels bad for sending each of them home. But as he writes, you can tell he knows that he is doing the right thing.

Having been part of The Bachelor franchise for so long, it makes sense why Viall is so decisive. As you read his writing it’s easy to imagine him saying all these things. He’s honest, but says it in a way that doesn’t make it hurt so bad.

He justifies his reasoning behind sending each of the women home, which is unnecessary, but still nice to hear. It seems as though he is really trying to not hurt anyone’s feelings during this experience.

Those who have followed Viall’s journey throughout The Bachelorette and Paradise really want to see him find love with one of these women. As you read about his experiences, it is clear that he wants the exact same thing.

It’s nice to see a guy who genuinely cares about the feelings of each of the women who are on the show.

Just as the show does, he leaves us on a cliffhanger, not telling us what he’s going to do. Another emotional episode recapped by Nick himself.
