The Bachelor fans are not happy about Corinne’s Trump reference

THE BACHELOR -"Episode 2105" - A vicious argument between Corinne and Taylor rages on just before the rose ceremony in Wisconsin. The Bachelor fans are not happy about Corinne referencing Donald Trump on this week’s episode.

It’s no secret that this year’s Bachelor villain is Corinne. She’s managed to provoke scores of fans in cozy suburban homes or condos across America seethe over the way she’s presented her behavior this season.

She’s one of the best reasons to be watching the show right now, as at any moment she could become unhinged about any number of things. From her feuds with fellow girlfriends to anything having to do with being a nanny, Corinne is a train wreck we can’t stop watching.

Especially if she starts aligning herself with Donald Trump.

While Corinne — and the show in general — stays away from politics as much a possible, there’s always room for crossover. You can’t expect a reality television show to not reference a reality show star who is now the president of the country.

That’s exactly what Corinne did on this week’s show. At one point in the show, she mentioned how she wants to ‘make America Corinne again’, a direct lift of Donald Trump’s campaign slogan.

While this was just barely grazing the surface of politics, people were not pleased with the shoutout — if you can even really call it that.

Some fans are convinced that the season winner is going to be Corinne, especially after last night’s little incident.

That’s a pretty fire tweet, if for nothing other than it’s probably accuracy.

We unfortunately cannot count that one out of the cards just yet.
