Nick Viall is pulling out the stops in the group dates early in the season of The Bachelor. He has a star-studded cast of guest stars this week, including the Backstreet Boys and Olympians Carl Lewis, Allyson Felix and Michelle Carter.

But Nick doesn’t stop there, he has brought along some friends from The Bachelor franchise. Becca Tilley and Ashley Iaconetti tag along on the Backstreet Boys date and get serenaded by the ’90s boy band on stage.

Becca and Ashley were contestants together on Season 19 of The Bachelor, aka Chris Soules’ season. Ashley has followed up that appearance with two stints on Bachelor in Paradise, and became particularly famous for her tears and obsession with Jared Haibon.

We can’t tell if they’re actually involved in the date aside from getting some quality time on stage with Backstreet Boys. They’re not on stage when the contestants are in some videos on YouTube.

But it might be safe to assume Becca and Ashley spend sometime around the contestants and give Nick some feedback about the women, and who might be the right fit for him.

Nick gained some popularity during Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 for keeping it real with Ashley I. and her fawning over Jared. While some danced around topics with Nick, he wasn’t afraid to lay it out and be honest, not in a harmful or mean-spirited way, but in a genuine friendly way. It was very similar to how we saw him try to explain to Alexis that she was wearing a shark costume, not a dolphin costume. Nick wasn’t going to let that slide.
