The Bachelor returns tonight, as Nick Viall tries to navigate the treacherous waters of love on national television.

It’s been a while since we’ve been able to  indulge in our love of The Bachelor, but the wait ends tonight. Now that we’ve come down from JoJo and Jordan Rodgers ending up together on The Bachelorette, it’s tie to watch Nick try to find love on The Bachelor tonight.

There’s a lot to live up to, as Ben Higgins set the bar high a season ago — even if he should have chosen JoJo. We’re going to let bygones be bygones on that one, but here’s to hoping Nick doesn’t make a similarly stupid decision.

While Ben had a hard choice to deal with last season, Nick is going to have to deal with one of his ex-flames being in the house. That’s either going to end with the duo reuniting thus proving true love really does exist. Or it will end with his ex roasting him to the rest of the house, thus creating a divide that will tear everyone apart.

It’s The Bachelor, so you know it’s going to be the latter.
