Everything you need to know to watch The Bachelor: Count Down To Nick special ahead of the season premiere.

For the fourth time in the history of the franchise, Nick Viall will be attempting to find his true love. But there is no chance that Nick can end the season as a runner-up, as he did twice on The Bachelorette, since he was named the show’s 21st Bachelor.

Before the season premiere, ABC is running a New Year’s Day special “Count Down” show. During the episode they’ll preview the upcoming 21st season, showing some highlights for some of the good moments and drama to come.

The preview show will also feature some well wishes from former castmates on the show, including Josh Murray who twice stole women’s affections, making Nick a runner-up on Andi Dorfman’s season and stealing Amanda Stanton’s heart on the third season of Bachelor In Paradise.

If you can’t bring yourself to wait till the season premiere, this is an appetizer that will help you white knuckle it for one more day. They’ll also catch up with some former stars of the franchise in a “Where Are They Now” segment.
